In our current environment, many non-profits find themselves in exceptionally challenging situations where how they respond can make or break a nonprofit’s standing in the community.  From COVID -19 to protesters on main street, sometimes organizations find themselves in situations they never would have imagined.  How do you respond for your organization?  How do you connect with the media, and what can you do to create a crisis shield to protect your organization and your team?  This training will address a few key areas:

  • Consider your vulnerabilities.
  • Develop a crisis strategy.
  • Create a response kit.
  • Know how to engage with the media.
  • Own every interview.
