Ambiguity and uncertainty have always been a factor in nonprofit work. But now, more than ever, nonprofit leaders must be prepared to lead their nonprofit through the "Unknown" in a time of social and economic change. Many questions face the organization leader: What type of community will we all return too? Who will come back to work and how will the workplace look? What shifts does our nonprofit need to make to remain relevant during this time?
In the current environment brought about by the COVID-19 situation and months of sheltering-in-place, solid leaders need to confidently lead themselves, their staff, and their nonprofit through change. Having the ability to manage yourself and influence others in a positive and fearless way is essential to your success and the future sustainability of your nonprofit.

Facilitated by Kathy Marcove: Kathy Marcove is a professional facilitator and master trainer with 20 years of experience in team building, management training, and meeting facilitation, teaching business at the college level and servicing the business community as an independent management and training consultant. She earned an undergraduate degree in political science, completed graduate work in human resources development and holds a master's degree in international and intercultural management.
