Nonprofits are anxious to reopen their doors, but when that occurs, you'll have many human resource issues to consider. Along with opining operations, you'll face questions about how to properly bring employees back on board. For instance, how do you keep employees and volunteers safe? What happens if someone gets sick after returngin to work? Are there specifal safety measures to special safety measures to take to protect employees? What if an employee refuses to return to work? And if employees continue to work-from-home, how do you do performance monitoring? What about recruitent and hiring during the stay-at-home period or with remote workers? These are just some of the Human Resource issues you need to consider as you return to a totally new type of workplace.
