Is your nonprofit a best kept secret? Make your nonprofit more visible with a simple, strategic promotional marketing plan. A strong plan defines and promotes your mission statement while allowing you to strengthen your ongoing relationships with donors, members, volunteers and the entire community. It also offers the opportunity to attract and connect with new potential supporters.

Do you know who your primary target market is, what your “unique” value is in our community and if your key messages are reaching the right people? For those who might not yet have a promotional marketing plan or who would like to update/revise their current plan, this workshop is for you!

Join us to:

-Define measurable goals and outcomes, set reasonable time frames and identify specific audiences

-Discover key strengths that further your message while building consistent communications materials

-Develop strategies that offer powerful, desired results with media relations, community-based collaborations and social media

Facilitated by Leslie Jones: Leslie has been a promotional marketing consultant and writer for over 30 years, working closely with the nonprofit communities in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Having previously served on numerous nonprofit boards, public relations committees, workshop training and marketing teams, she is also a past San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Leadership (Class V) graduate and Diversity Council member. Working closely with Spokes and their members as a workshop training facilitator and industry consultant is a favorite way of giving back to her community. Leslie also facilitates Fundamentals of Public and Media Relations at Spokes.
