Does everyone in your organization interpret the mission statement the same? Do you evaluate new programs to ensure they’re aligned with your mission statement before starting anew?

BONUS!: Participants of this workshop will be able to schedule a private one-hour consultation with the instructor, Kathy Marcove, to review and assess the final draft of your mission statement at a reduced rate of $35 (normally, $50/hour).
Facilitated by Kathy Marcove. Kathy is a professional facilitator and master trainer with 20 years of experience in team building, management training and meeting facilitation, teaching business at the college level and servicing the business community as an independent management and training consultant. She earned an undergraduate degree in political science, completed graduate work in human resources development and holds a master's degree in international and intercultural management.
